No surprise mandatory reconsideration not successful. I have until 26.9.20 to request/submit tribunal form. Do I need to submit full details on the form or can I submit more evidence later.

I am sorry about the MR. You do not need to fill in all the information at once - just list the main points you are challenging.

I have just found a document that you might find useful. It's a government paper for civil servants listing the difficulties people with dyslexia and dyspraxia have - you might find it useful in challenging your case.
