Hi Actonjon

If it was me, I would send a note now - saying just as you have done below that someone else filled in the box and it is incorrect. You have the other letter to corroborate what you're are saying and I would highlight those in your letter. Just send it to the same address with your NI number and name and ask for it to be added to your records,

If that's too much in the current circumstances you can always leave it until you are assessed.

Hi Actonjon

If you have already sent in a copy of Gp factual report then you do not need to send in another copy but as BIS has stated you can high light the Gp factual report and point out that someone filled the form and ticked the wrong box.

You need to explain why you can only walk up to 20 metres, have you measured the distance you can walk? do you have to stop on route? do you have pain? how long do you have to rest before moving on? can you repeat your journey?

You must be able to walk the distance you can, reliably and on the majority of days, both these terms are defined in the PIP Claim guide

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip

So you need to explain what you can do, how you are limited and why.
