Does the addition information you send have to be in the time period of you requesting the form, and having your assessment? Due to COVID I did not see my Dr face to face till after my assessment date.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I'm not sure what you are asking for, your post is titled PIP MR do I will answer on this basis but if your question was about something else then you will need to repost.
You have one month from the date of the Decision to request an MR, you can make a Late request up to 13 months after it but you will need to provide your reasons for the later request.
If you need time to submit additional information for your MR then you need to tell the DWP this when you make the request they will normally allow four weeks to receive the information but be aware that this includes postage time so in practical terms you probably have only three.
There is nothing that you can do about getting new evidence but it is worth you speaking to your GP, most surgeries are doing telephone appointments.

Thank you. I think you've answered I wasn't sure if it was only existing evidence that I had I could use, or if I could get more from my Dr. I have a report he did for my work. However, this was after my assessment. I was just needing clarification I could send this.

Hi Heather
If the report helps with your claim then send it in, make sure you add your name and national insurance number if you send it in, don't send original docs.
