Can you please advise if I need to inform ESA and PIP of my hospital admissions.
I was admitted on Saturday 3/10/20 and discharged on Sunday 4/10/20 I was also admitted on Monday 5/10/20 and discharged the same day. Other admissions are possible due to my DVT and PE’s which are new conditions for me so do I need to inform DWP about these new conditions.
No, you don't, The limit is 28 days or periods totalling 28 days which they are not separated by 28 days, the days you are admitted and the day you are discharged do not count towards the limit.
