Hi all, Hope you are all well. I have been trying to get through to the ESA and PIP customer services dept. for the last few days, but I just can't get through. I was on hold for so long, I just gave up. I only wanted to give them a new mobile number. I thought I might write to them instead. Do you know if they will contact me to confirm they have received this new info?. Also, I am away from home at the moment. Do you happen to know the addresses for both post handling depts. please. I live in the East Anglia area. I would be most grateful. Thank you. and stay safe.
I'm afraid you need to be persistent on the Helplines, calling as soon as they open may help.
No, I would not expect them to confirm that they have updated your mobile number.
I'm afraid I can't give you an address for the DWP as the one that you need to use will depend on what Benefit Centre your ESA and PIP are being managed out of, be aware, they may be different.
