I have got a telephone assessment next week and really don’t know where to start!! All these guides and things just confuse me. I am on enhanced mobility and standard living at the moment. My health has got worse over the last few years loosing my husband and Other factors. Can anyone give me an idea what I should be doing ? Thanks Jan
I've just answered your other post when you ask about where to find your answers. I assume now this is the post that you have been waiting for an answer - but you only posted it over the weekend and this is the first time since someone has been on since last Friday - as we don't generally answer at weekends.
I know the guides can be overwhelming, but there are ten pages on telephone assessments in the PIP guide and that's what you need to read before next week. It will tell you about the process and what you can expect. Starts on page 81.
If you are familiar with having a face to face assessment, then the process is very similar - in terms of the questions asked.
