Apologies if this has been answered in depth, I could only find threads on PIP Reviews as opposed to fresh PIP Applications at the end of a 4 year award.
I've recieved my PIP Application form after being advised to phone up now before February 2021 expiry by BIS.
I understand I have up to 90 days to complete it, but obviously will endeavour to get it fully completed as soon as possible.
My query is in regards to recorded delivery of PIP Application and additional supporting evidence.
I'm wary to post documents/forms to DWP if not recorded as I've had problems with this before, now there is a national lockdown for at least a month, how is one able to send PIP Applications recorded or can this be purchased online to put through a letterbox?
Post offices and many of the small food shops that have post office services will not be closed during the lockdown - as far as we know. The post office suggests there may be changes at individual offices - so you need to look up the nearest branch to you. www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder
You are right never to send anything that is not recorded delivery and please don't forget to copy everything you send.
