Thanks Gordon.
Could you send me a link or specifically tell me what section this is under (I dont know why I cant seem to see it).
Also is there a template letter I could use when writing to them as I don't know where to begin.
Thanks again

Or PIP Claim guide is on the following link
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip
and we have a document specifically about the UTT Decision you should have a look at

Thank you Gordon that is very helpful.
I am planning to write to them over the weekend. I live in Glasgow. Do you have any idea of what address I write to? Or who I address it to? Only thing I can't seem to find are the sample letters.
Many thanks

There may be a central address once the DWP start to look at these awards themselves but I am not aware of one at the moment so all I can suggest is you send your letter to the DWP office dealing with your PIP claim.
The letters are on the same link as the PIP Claim guide they are the next link down.

Thank you for all your help Gordon.
I am thinking I might give it a few weeks to see if a central address comes out to write to or if there is more info from the dwp.
I havent noticed any other members speaking of writing to them and I dont want to be the first. I will have a think about it.
Thanks once again.

Hi Kim
You certainly won't be the first - I have heard of at least three people who have sent off their letters. But there's nothing wrong in waiting for the central address.
