Good morning Having received both UC & PIP Right of Access request packs. Is it right that DWP UC medical report form references justification considered 'Questionnaire', the '113' and 'FRR4' but does not include a copy of these within my received pack?
You will only receive the documents you requested unless you asked for all the documents used in the making of the Decision in which case the missing reports should have been sent.
