after an appeal at the start of the year (before Covid), I was awarded PIP until autumn 2023.
However, I've just received a letter which `extends` my PIP until summer 2022.
So the extension has shaved over a year off my award.
I'm going to write to the DWP for clarification, but was just wondering if this is something to worry about, if it's happened to others? Or if it's most likely a system error?
I would query this. I've not heard anyone else reporting an incident like this so far. If you get a satisfactory response it would be great if you could let us know.
