My post don’t appear to be showing but I really need some help. Just had a call put of nowhere from DWP in response to my letter (template from benefits and work) asking for my claims to be reviewing online with the Supreme Court hearing.
Well beginning to wish I hadn’t bothered as it looks like I’ve opened myself up to a complete review of my pip which wasn’t due for another 4 years!
They also said my claims between 2015-2018 can’t be reviewed as they went to court and my claim from 2016 is out of time?
