when sending in medical evidence with your pip form can attach sticky tabs stating that this is medical evidence for such question on the form. or is it better just handwriting it? as i dont want to do it and they use it against me.

i only got a 2 year award last time as my pip went to tribunal so i have to make a new claim as its a short term award. ive been told i can use the same stuff as before.

Hi Laura

In no circumstances use sticky tabs. Your information will be scanned into a machine and put online - tabs can fall off. Put a reference s within each question eg" See letter from Consultant Mr. Wheeler, page X) or have a list in question 15 or add an additional page. Do whatever is easiest - just don't use tabs.
