hi again, well I now have it stated in a letter from DWP that I am now back on legacy ESA-ir andSDP, so its official. Again, a word of warning to all, if you are in any doubt at all, get a second opinion. Stay strong everyone and don't give up the fight, and thank you mods for your support it means a lot
