hi i am filling in the form now, pages 21 / 22/ 23 are blank i was wondering if it is ok to use them for a dairy and abit more information, or do they use the space for themslves i have an esa form also from 2017, i know that the discriptors are different, but at the end the Dr say his opinion is improvement unlikely in the longer term, also would it be ok to add a couple of gp letters from years ago that are still relavent thanks for all your help so far ,
