PIP 1043 review form questions was created by CLINTIAN
Hi, my son has just had a PIP 1043 review form to fill in, all but two of the descriptors are no change, two have changed and he needs more help, these two will have details about the changes in help etc, my question is should we still fill out the descriptors that points were scored last time with details etc. or simply write no change in these areas with no details etc. my thinking is that more emphasis would show the two areas that did not score points last time and we feel he should have, thank you

Hi BODGE1

Although some people write no change in the boxes and still get their reward renewed, it's not something we advise. Have a look at the latest PIP guide and read what it says about the review form. Pages 102 - 106, before you complete it.
