We cannot give you an answer as it depends on the makeup of Pension Credit and what you mean by getting a carer.
If you are in receipt of a qualifying benefit and receive a SDP which enables you to claim Pension Credit then you may loosed Pension Credit if someone claims Carer Allowance for caring for you as you would loose your SDP.
If you get a carer who does not claim CA for caring for you then everything would stay as it is.
