Hi Olympia
When you get the Assessor's report check it very carefully to make sure that they used all your evidence. I got standard Daily Living to start with as all the evidence for the mobility part had not been taken into account/listed. I did an MR, where I pointed out every bit of evidence that contradicted the Assessor's conclusions, and then went to appeal. Before it came before the Tribunal, the DWP offered Enhanced Mobility. So I went from standard DL to enhanced DL and Mobility.
Good luck

Thank you all of the above, even if I do not mention you by name, I thank you so much for your kind input and time spent helping me.
I called them they said there was no health professional report, no PA4 Because I had sent them lots of evidence (as recommended here and that I followed to the letter, because I wanted to avoid a tel/face to face assessment).
Now I am worried that if I ask for MR they could ask for a health professional report, a PA4 and even ask me to have a tel interview.
Kind wishes to you all.
Have a lovely evening

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Olympia
Whilst possible, it is unlikely that DWP will request an assessment if you ask for an MR. Try not to worry about this, and please don't let this discourage you from making an MR when necessary!
