hi i am trying to challenge a pip decision I have basically got the assessors report and it says no enhanced as I do not go out at all which is untrue i have psychosis borderline personality disorder how do I evidence I go out with help any ideas
Do you know why the assessor thought you didn't go out at all? If you do go out and it is with help - then in your mandatory reconsideration you can explain what you can manage and get a letter or letters from the person/people who help you and can explain your difficulties. (These can be friends or relatives - they don't have to be professionals)
