Just got a letter of the DWP regarding my upcoming PIP review form. They say on bla bla of April 2021 we sent out a for to you, and we have not received the form back from you lol
But the for is not due back in on the XX/XX/ July 2021.
I may be wrong but it seems to me that they are sending this letter out, to try and make people send the for back earlier than that date ie XX/XX/ July 2021.
Thus making a claimant rush the form back to them like 6 weeks before it due back. So they can then get you assessed quicker, and try to kick you off or downgrade your award/s much earlier.
Finally can a MOD please tell me if the DWP has made or introduced any changes/ alterations as far as using aids and appliance's since 2016.
I refer to the Benefit & Works forums - PIP guide 2016 (gaining & losing point for aids & appliances) page 16.
If they have can you please let me know what has been changed etc.
