Hi there anyone know if other benefits are stopped if you lose your PIP award. Assesment is on monday 7 june at 8am. At the minute iam getting esa with a severe disability component, along with PIP. Just want to be ready in case my pip stops.
Unfortunately if you lose your PIP you will also lose the severe disability component of your ESA. However, if you simply lose some of your award, but still have standard Daily Living you will keep it. If you lose your PIP at this hurdle, but later get it back as a result of a MR or appeal, the SDP will also be backdated.
