Pip review and change in law was created by Johnniepk
My better half was awarded pip in mch 2019. 6 points daily care, 20 points mobility.
We appealed the daily care points but were turned down on appeal.
There was a review of pip due to social support being allowed to include partners experience etc. I asked for a review but was told that as the decision went to tribunal then it can not be reviewed.
This week we got a pip review form.
My questions are:
1 do i put on this form " no change since mch 2019 but please review these points as the law has changed" or similar!
2: as it went to a tribunal but sec of states decision was upheld, is this review going to be reviewd or will i expect a " aha, this cant be reviewed you must do the whole thing again" letter!
Thanks,

Hi Johnniepk

It is no good putting anything on your review form about the change in the law and asking them to relook at points - because it is an entirely separate process and they won't do it. (Other members have tried and it's always been ignored).

If it is judged that your partner's current award should be increased - they will do so from any information you submit now. They will not do anything retrospectively.
