I want to say thanks to the mods who suggested on someone's question to apply for the ESA85A report as I would not have thought about doing it if I had not read the reply.
I received the report this morning and I can see that the HP suggested that work could be considered within 18 months, which will not happen.
I can also see why the HP has come to that conclusion by what they wrote.
Having the report means that I have knowledge what to write next time if I get another questionnaire to fill in, or if it's by a telephone call what to say.
