yes, thanks
although i am very scared about it
the lady was very nice and let me say as much as i wanted about each section
and she asked open questions
but now i am scared - what if i said the wrong things or what if she is not as nice and understanding as she seemed
of course the report will confirm that

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Walker
You will need the assessors report (PA4) if you have to apply for a MR, lets hope you do not, but it is good to keep for your record which everyway the result goes.
Best of luck

Goodness - my assessment finished at about 3.15pm yesterday and i have just had a text from dwp to say they have received the report. I wonder if it is worth asking for it today!

Hi Walker
That was quick. If it's there you can ask for it.

I have just received the assessors report for my assessment of weds.
I would say on the whole it is the most thorough and well written report i have ever had.
There are almost no typos in it and she has generally typed out what i was saying.
she certainly did listen
According to her, it looks like i might get my mobility award back, although she has ticked e - cannot go anywhere due to OPD.
I am concerned that they will just chuck that out as i do go places - but with lots of planning and support, and I understood their guidance on this was - doesnt go anywhere ever
- it is Unfamiliar places that causes me the most difficulty
I am not sure there is much i can do about that
the only other thing is the recommendation of 2 year review - but saying the issues are ongoing and will still be there.
2 years means a review in a year - and probably i will get just 18 months before it is all changed again
i DO realise many people have it a lot worse, but it annoys me that the reason is always the same - because it is MH and so therefore can vary.
Anyway, i would say she is one of the good ones. She was so kind during the assessment, and really tried her best to get as much information as possible from me.
we wait !!!!
