SIPP pension and savings was created by billbevbenefits
I receive Income related ESA, PIP, Housing Benefit. I turn 66 next month and have applied for my Old Aged pension. I have some money in a stocks and share ISA. I have an Executive Pension plan from previous job that I have not taken yet. Am I better setting up a SIPP pension and transferring everything into that or will anything I have be classed as savings for the DWP savings limits?

Hi William
I'm sorry, but your question is outside the scope of this forum and you need to ask a specialist benefits advisor.
If you don't have one, you can look for one here advicelocal.uk/

Hi William
Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is.
Welcome to Benefits and Work .
If you have a pension query then you need to contact Pension wise who have recently changed their name to Money Helper: www.moneyhelper.org.uk/en/pensions-and-r...ion-wise/?source=pw#
As BIS has stated below you need to contact a welfare rights organisation.
