Hi all,
What do I do if I find I have not put enough information about illnesses and medication etc on form after it’s been submitted and my assessment is on the 23/7/2021

Hi John
You could try sending in additional information, with a note explaining why it needs to be added, but I think it is unlikely to be processed on time.
If you feel you have missed off a lot, I would address the issue directly with the assessor at the beginning of the assessment and give your reasons for there being incomplete information. Then make sure you have a bulleted list of things that you want to mention during the assessment. A lot of claimants don't put a lot of information or forget things and it varies whether it counts against them or not.

As Bis has suggested, but also remember that it is not about what illnesses or medication you have but about how it affects you for the majority of time.
