Keep that ace up your sleeve, (if it goes to tribunal for you to refer to ,use if they do mot send it) but keep at them or ask your MP if they haven't sent it in 2 weeks.
Dear Mods, while as we know those who manage to get good service from DWP and assessors are less likely to be on here complaining, I wonder...? Would the amazing backroom B&W workers have time to submit an FOI about how many claimants ask for a recording, and how many recordings requested fail to be supplied for any reason? Very interesting stats if they could be extracted! I feel just asking would be a constructive 'warning shot across their bows' Denby Denby
