PIP Review "Summary Care Record" Evidence was created by Jane 21
I requested a SCR to see what exactly had been documented as a few conversations raised concerns. Not all was documented correctly and in some areas is a bit of a mess and contradicting on dates and really not a true reflection. Some pages I can "possibly" use. Is it ok to send parts of this document that I feel could be relevant or will they want the whole 84 pages? If so I don't think I will bother. Thank you, Take care out there.

Hi Jane
You can send parts of the document, but just make it clear that they are extracts from a larger document.

Would they then ask for the larger document?

Hello Jane,
I think it is most unlikely that you will be asked for the full document although I have had one experience where that happened.
My client had had a report prepared on her for a court case and we submitted the result of one of the tests carried out for that report. On the day the Tribunal panal asked if I had the full report with me, which I did, which they asked to see. Fortunately the end of that story was a good one for my client.
