False Alarm re PB assessment

Hi all,

I have just received a reply from my MP and the letter attached says they passed this on to the assessment provider and gives the IAS phone number.

A friend contacted IAS on my behalf and they were told (I heard this the phone was on speaker) that nothing had been decided yet re telephone or paper based assessment.

So it looks as though wires have got crossed somewhere along the line and I am in limbo as to what is happening.

Oh well.

Phone call 1 to IAS = it will be a telephone assessment.

Phone call (put on hold by DWP whilst they spoke to IAS) = It will be a paper based assessment.

Phone call three today to IAS = No decision as yet been made as what type of assessment I will have and an applogy about the other two phone calls.

That's it for me, I'm afraid. I'll just see what happens, but I've given up fighting that's for sure.
