Pip review form was created by Bobbi
Hi
I just got my review form in for my pip renewal. Currently I get higher care and mobility.
Unfortunately my arthritis and fibromyalgia in my hands has worsened significantly to the extent that holding a Ben to fill in the form will be all but impossible due to pain and stiffness.
Would it be acceptable to type my responses to each question and attach this to the form. I don’t have anyone tat could write it for me as my hubby has no strength or power in his hands due to a neurological disorder

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Bobbi
I always send typed responses when I have helped people fill out forms. It's much easier for the assessors. Just make sure that you number each page and put your name and national insurance name, and be very clear which question you are answering on each page.

Thank you ever so much BIS. I’ve sat and tried to fill it in by writing it and my writing is atrocious. I used to have such lovely handwriting.

BIS Sound advise, I always get mine typed wether it's for PIP or ESA. Another tip that I do is when I send any evidence with thee forms I always state on a them I have added XYZ at least they then can't say I didn't send XYZ in to corroborate my claim.
I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
