Does anybody have any news on the progress of the appeal to pay the £20 covid payment denied to ESA/PIP claimants who were not claiming UC ?

Here is the dates the court case for legacy benefits is taking place on the 28/29th September. Even if the case is successful the DWP still can try to wriggle out of paying it back to those claimants.
I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
