PDF copy of PIP review form? was created by pickle_parade
Hi,
Is there a PDF copy of the PIP review form that can be filled in digitally/? The only one I can find is one with large 'specimen copy' watermarks all over it.
If that is not an option, is it OK to just replace each question in the original form by hand with a reference to a separate printed sheet e.g. "please see my answers to question 1 on page 1 of the answer sheet attached" ? There is no way I can write all this by hand.
Many thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Hannah
No there isn't a digital copy of the form. You can do just as you describe. Plenty of people send only typed pages. Just makes sure your NI number and your name is on every page.

Thank you for your answer. I am really struggling to divide everything between the 3 distinct questions
"tell us if something has changed..."
"tell us how you manage this activity now..."
"Tell us about any changes to the help you need..."
is it acceptable to incorporate this information into one answer or do they want a yes/no style answer at the start of each?

Hi pickle_parade
They would prefer a yes/no answer but life is not a yes or a no. I would complete the answer as how your condition affects you.
Check out our new guides to help you formulate your answer: www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip
