Hopefully someone can help me out. I need to request mandatory reconsideration for a UC work capability decision. I have help from a solicitor who is writing a letter for me for the MR who says add it to the journal with a note. The issue is I am not sure which message option to choose i.e payments, message for work coach, appointment etc. Additionally, none of would allow me to upload a pdf doc anyway? I am lost as what to do. Should I add a note saying I need an upload link and try not to give it away it is for the MR in case they make it difficult? If so, which option would be best - payment or message for work coach? Calling would be useless as again how do I give the letter to them and scared the person online may just block me. Writing in also seems not like a good idea as they could just say they have not got it even if signed for. Looks like the safest option is the journal which shows date and time of submission and you can screenshot it etc.
