i wondered if anyone can advise on my friends wca outcome. my friend recived his wca result on the 2ndof october this year stating he has been placed into the lcwra group, he sent in sick notes dated from april this year until 2nd of october when he recieved decision notice on his u/c journal he had his 1st payment on the 24th of october lcwra was £343.00 how long does he have to wait for backdated lcwra is there a time waiting game for his money owed to him. any advise please thank you
We cannot answer your question as we do not have all the facts. When you first apply for UC WCA you go through a 13 week assessment phrase, (some WCA take much longer) there are a number of stages you have to go through to be eligible for LCWRA.
