Claimants are asking for a copy of their assessors report 48 hrs after their assessment to see what the assessors have indicated., as they can add additional information before a decision makers makes a decision.
Unlike a WCA you can ask for a copy of the PIP assessors report called a PA4, 48 hrs after your assessment. If you are told you cannot not have a copy until a decision has been made, ask to speak to their line manager as that information is incorrect or alternatively put the phone down and call again, hopefully you will get someone who knows what they are talking about.

What a darn cheeky fob-off. I always suggest if you get a DWP person who does not agree with the law that you are entitled to see your PA4 phone, video or F2F assessment] or PA3 [for a paper based assessment], then waste no more breath on them than ending the call politely. Just call again until one happily agrees to send your report out straight away!
