£129.50 is the 2024 rate for a claimant in the Support Group., so you currently have an indefinite award subject to regular reassessment.

If you were moved out of the Support Group to the WRAG at a future assessment then the counter will start, this will be from zero if you have been in the SG since you were transferred to ESA and if you have spent any time outside the SG then the clock will restart from the count already reached.

The DWP will write to a claimant approaching the 365 day limit.

They will not arrange any form of reassessment, if applicable the claimant can report a Change of Circumstances which should initiate a new assessment but be aware the clock will still stop at the 365 days unless the claimant has been placed in the SG by that time.

If the claimant is put in the SG after the 365 days then their payments will be reinstated at the SG rate and there will be a back payment of any missed money. If they are moved out of the SG at any future assessment then their money will stop immediately.
