update to the missing pip renewal form was created by Csm
we called the DWP about the non arrival of the pip renewal form and after only a 37 minute wait and thankfully a new looped music track! we got through.
My fears of the time limit were justified as the customer service person said they'd send another form out and extend the dead line.
I'm guessing this procedure is going to be a long painful and stressful process, again!, not helped with my wife on prescription medication for stress and anxiety on top of everything else.
Any helpful advice at this early stage would be most helpful
Thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Csm
Sorry that you've had difficulty getting hold of the form. When you do finally receive it, remember you can ring up and ask for a two-week extension.
I can't tell you how long the process will go on because, unfortunately, it varies hugely. Once the form is submitted, there's no telling how quickly she will hear from the DWP about the next stage - not helpful, I know.
