I’ve had a text saying a decision has been made and I’ll get a letter in a few weeks time ,should I ask for a copy of the assessment report in advance so I’m fully ready for a mandatory reconsideration if it’s needed ? Any advice gratefully received Thanks Kim
Yes I would contact DWP and ask for a copy of the assessors report called a PA4, you should have contacted DWP 48 hours after your assessment and asked for a copy of the assessors report.
The report also gives you the heads up of what points you may be awarded.

Update I rang to ask for report and was given news on pip entitlement as a letter had been sent out .feeling a sense of relief the whole process is intimidating and stressful ,don’t be afraid to phone and get the info when needed it does help remove a degree of anxiety
