pip review form not arrived

hi got a text telling me i was due a pip review and a form would be sent out and if i hadn't received it within 2 weeks to contact them

well the 2 weeks is up this Monday 3rd July no form has arrived ,in light of all the telephone problems and log jam of calls is there another way you could recommend i contact them with proof of me informing them and them receiving my notification

and i doubt the number they text me from would receive return texts

ie i was thinking a recorded letter

but what address would or should i send it to

ive been on full pip daily living and mobility since 2016 and its been a life changer and enormous help

and as i turn 66 before the end of my pip award in feb so im aware i need to get this form and return it post haste as after i turn 66 i wont be eligible for reapplying for pip if its denied

I had exactly the same problem, took 16 days to arrive.
I phoned them at 9am and waited 20 minutes to get through, 2 week extension granted.
