My daughter has a number of mental and physical health issues including OCD and MS. for years now I have been dealing with the DWP as her representative as she cannot open mail due to contamination phobia.
Since my move to Kent from Sussex, in spite of sending the DWP my new address three times they have not copied me into any correspondence.
Yesterday my daughter received a message saying that Independent Assessment Services were handling her PIP review. I have been to the website and I cannot find an address to write to to inform them of my daughters situation and that they should also write to me to ensure communications are acted upon.
Does anyone have any advice and particularly the address of Independent Assessment Services so I can write to them
You can contact IAS here www.mypipassessment.co.uk/contact-us/ - but I don't think you will get anywhere with them. You need to go back to the DWP - because if they are not copying you in, they have not passed any information onto IAS. If you ring IAS, I expect them to say they need your daughter's oral permission to discuss it with you.
