There is a petition on 38 degrees.org.uk to promote the use of social tariffs and calling on the UK’s biggest mobile providers to make sure eligible customers can access lower prices. The petition is worded "Advertise and promote social tariffs to encourage more of those who are eligible to benefit from lower prices."
