Many Thanks for further reply.
Sorry I have been off line
I have down loaded Microsoft Lens, and I was going to scan them using that, you can save them as PDF, in the gallery , Word (OCR) , One drive (pictures),
I was going to save as a PDF, and rename them and send them that way.
They would be all letters from specialists. Maybe one or 2 emails as well
I wish that wasn't the last thing to do as I would be able to do a test run as such

Do you think that work ? Doing it that method please?

Appreciate your input

Hi CFremont - I haven't used MS Lens before but if it's a program meant for that purpose, then I can't see why it wouldn't work. They accept quite a wide variety of files online (DWP), so I'm pretty sure it would work. If it doesn't, it'll let you know, then you just try a different program. Just holla if not, and I'll have a look and try help. :)

Hi Chris
Apologies for jumping in on this post but I have the same dilemma and not much time left, reading your response, I have thought that collating all letters/records and emails into one big document with an index at the front would be the best idea.

However, I read that you renamed each documentation so that they could see what it was, do you mean every individual pages? If so, did you upload them all separately or in one big pack?

The other question I have is if you put them together in one big pack, what is the best way to do that if some are online, some scanned and some emailed? i.e. getting each document to connect with each other? and what app did you use to add page numbers/your name and nin?

I am still not sure if I should just upload each letters separately or all together. Its frustrating as I was due to send a hard copy of the application and then I asked to do it online! I am not sure if I made a massive mistake :(

Hi Devonrex

I am no technical expert, but what I plan to do is rename them and maybe put a page number on them as well. Then make a list of from 1 to whatever copying the title .

I am going to use a free app called Microsoft lens and you can rename after you scan them. HOWEVER BIG SIDE note I am not at that stage yet. So it may not even work. It is a shame it is the last thing you are able to do.....as personally I want to test to see if it works.

Good luck and hopefully someone with more knowledge will help you

Hi CFremont - I've never personally used MS Lens before, but since you've mentioned it, out of curiosity, I am going to have a look at it now, and see what it's like. :)
