I'm not trying to fudge giving you an answer when I say it depends on the individual claimant, but it does.
Take, for instance, dressing and undressing. I have a friend who works and has been awarded PIP. They require an aid to be able to put on a pair of shoes. As they wear specialist shoes for their job - it was important to mention it. Even with an aid this is something that takes them much longer to do than someone else - and they don't have an option just to put on a pair of slip-ons.
Talking, listening and understanding - The difficulties a claimant may have may not be obvious when they are at home, but they could be exacerbated in a work environment, which can overlap with the question about communicating with people.
If someone has to go to work - how do they cope with moving about outside? Do they have difficulty crossing the road, are they affected by noise, can they use public transport? What if their journey is diverted? Can they cope with an unfamiliar place?
If you look at the Guide to PIP claims and reviews, there are plenty of sample answers that a person can tweak to address their own situation.
