maybe nothing, but was created by freefee
i was in the dentist a few weeks ago, and they have a tv that gives advertisements and news stories etc, there was no detail, but one headline was they the government was going to use AI when scoring points for capability to work tests, heard nothing in the media about this, and i know they are planning to use it for other things benefits related, fraud etc, that was after i googled it, has anybody heard anything about this, surely AI is not really suitable for this, it cannot pick up the nuances or the empathy and emotion involved. thanks

Hi freefee

I have not heard anything about it but the use of AI is going to creep into a lot of areas of our life. How far only time will tell.

Hi freefee

My understanding is that DWP are looking at removing WCA and instead introduce a Health Element. Not much information around as to when it may be introduced, so keep your eyes open.
