I am pleased to hear that your daughter was put in the correct group for her needs Donna. Well done sorting it all out.
Dont they tell you what is expected from her/you when she is in the LCWRA group? Surely no monthly phone calls. There must be a process that distinguishes between different circumstances?
My daughter is the same in that she will not be able to go to have interaction with the job centre even online or by phone. I see Chris mentioned getting help from Welfare Rights if the worse happens so I will keep that in mind.
How long was your process from application to work capability assessment?

Hi Kaitlin.
I applied for d end of February, I think she got her first payment beginning of April. Then work capability assessment last week so six months in all.
TBF the job centre have been really accommodating and understanding throughout and turned off all commitments at the beginning. The phone calls are around the time the fit note needs updating but there have been no questions as such just enquiries as to whether I have heard from health assessment team.
It's a waste of time but I think the system means that they have to book an appointment. As far as I know I won't have these phone calls now.
I try and consider it a means to an end so see it as another box to be ticked. I did think the health assessment was overkill but again it's another hoop to be jumped and the nurse on the other end was pleasant enough.
Good luck I hope you have the same experience as I have as I'd consider it pretty painless considering some of the dealings I've had with the Local Authority over the years.
