Pip Appeal query

Hi,
I got the MR response last week, the result stays the same. It also says my award hasnt changed, but it has, as my enhanced daily living was reduced to standard, as assessor says i can manage with aids, which is impossible, as i cannot grip anything. I used to use aids years ago, but find it impossible to use them now.

I am thinking of appealing, as a few things are incorrect.

They say the award hasnt changed, but it has.

The assessor has contradicted herself, as on one page she says im unable to have a bath, and on a few more pages, says I can get in and out the bath, so can manage with aids.

I never received the decision makers report, even though I asked for it 3 times, so I rang pip, and they read it out to me.

The decision makers statement only mentions mental health issues, which I dont suffer from, so Im presuming they have got my claim mixed up with someone else`s claim.

The assessor says i can manage with aids on a few different areas, because she says I can grip, so I have lost points in all these areas. Do i need to dispute each one again, even though I have sent info about these in great detail previously. I do not believe this further information has been read, or included, as no mention of it on the decision makers letter, or the MR.

I got the assessors report, but didnt receive the decision makers report, this is the one pip helpline read out to me.

I worded my previous message wrong, I may have confused you, sorry.

It was the decision makers report that said the award had stayed the same, not the MR, but I didnt understand that, as the decision maker was the one making the decision! It was also the same report that talked all about my problems with mental health, which I dont have.
I then applied for the MR but the decision stayed the same.

Ive been through the assessors report, and I have lost points in preparing food, washing and bathing and dressing/undressing because she says I can use aids instead of assistance.

For the appeal, I am challenging re the daily living being reduced, and the award saying it was staying the same, when it wasnt. Do I say that I am also challenging the report as it was mistakenly talking about mental health, as i know that wont get me any more points, or improve my award, but its obviously wrong for my situation?

I wont mention the award being unchanged then.
Do you think i should I mention the decision makers statement being all about mental health, and not about my problems?
