Hi Frogman
I moved this post and your other one - so we don't get muddled up with the answers. Reports are supposed to be with the DWP 48 hours after they have taken place. However, in the current climate we are hearing of delays. Sometimes this is because of an internal audit process, and sometimes the claimant can never find out the reason for the delay. I would just keep trying.

When you eventually get the report check the dates and times carefully. I had my assessment on a Monday at 8 a.m. and the report was finalised on a Thursday at approximately 5 p.m. I was able to successfully use this fact in my MR to illustrate the lack of truth in the report.
