You cannot be required to attend your hearing, the choice is yours although it may be to your advantage to do so.

I don't have up-to-date statistics and phone and video hearings will have changed things as well but the success rate for hearings that the claimant participates in is significantly higher than those where they do not.

Hi Olive,
My experience is that appeal bundles are simply photocopies. (Black and white) Unless the actual colour is important, you could try and see what the photos look like in black and white - try different degrees of dark or light. and perhaps you could use a handwritten arrow or note to highlight something. Send in the best version.
Then, you could always try a video hearing and hold up the colour version on the screen.
