Hello, My neice had two hospitalised sections over the winter. The first admission was for 8 weeks; she was then discharged for 2 or 3 weeks and was then admitted for a second time for 6 weeks. She did not inform PIP. When she informs PIP to what extent will she be penalised? Will the two admissions be treated as 2 separate admissions in the sense that they were not continuous?
