ADP change of circumstances was created by Mags84
Hi just wondering if anyone has had this. My husband has a severe change of circumstances with mobility he gets low rate mobility. But they have told him because he is now on state pension it cannot get raised even though his health has got worse. I cannot find this rule anywhere. Has anyone else had this. Thanks

Hi Mags84

It is perfectly true, once you are over state pension age and not receiving the enhanced/high mobility component of ADP/PIP/DLA then you cannot apply for it.

The same is not true for the Daily living component/care of ADP/PIP/DLA.
