If you are claiming ESA, I know you can go away for a period of 28 days or less, but how often can you go abroad?

Hi Claire,

You will find the rules in full in the link to the ESA regs.
www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2008/794/regulation/152

Yes you can go abroad several times per annum as long as you meet the conditions in the above regs.
